Vacation Policy

Vacation Days

On January 1, 2023, a reform to Mexico's Federal Labor Law took effect, increasing the minimum vacation entitlement. Employees completing their first year of service are now entitled to twelve consecutive vacation days, up from six. This increase also raises the amount of the vacation premium: although the rate remains 25%, it is calculated on the wages corresponding to the vacation period.
